An accurate diagnosis guides effective treatment and management strategies. The goal of diagnosis and treatment is to help you be more effective in your day-to-day life and reduce the extent to which your untreated ADHD/ASD interferes with getting things done and your happiness. Without this deeper understanding that comes from an accurate diagnosis, you are likely to keep trying the same old strategies that probably won’t work as well as more targeted strategies would.

Our assessment process leaves no stone unturned in understanding the nature of any underlying condition.

Following your assessment, we will provide:

• Recommendations for treatment which we can offer including medication optimisation, CBT interventions, psychology and coaching.
• Recommendations for adjustments that a school, university or employer need to consider.
• Regular follow up by a multidisciplinary team with continuity of care, including your consultant psychiatrist, named nurse, therapist and coach.
• Any liaison with your NHS or private GP.
• Discussion and liaison with DVLA (if necessary)
